North Korea Techによる光明星３号情報

  North Korea Techの情報によれば、地球観測衛星とされる光明星３号（Kwangmyongsong-3）は、ブースタや二つのデブリとともに地球の周囲を周回しているようですが、いまのところ、衛星からの信号を受信したという信頼できる情報は無いようです。

　REAL TIME SATELLITE TRACKINGによれば、光明星３号（NORAD ID: 39026　Int'l Code: 2012-072A）のTLEは以下の値のようなので、とりあえずアンテナを向ける方向と時間は判ったことになります。

　周波数に関しては、470MHzという数字しか公開されていないので、この付近を走査するしかないのかもしれません。
　多分世界中の専門家が高性能のアンテナと受信機を使用してWatchしていると思うので、現時点で受信報告が無いということはどういうことでしょうかね？

　以下の記事のキャプションを見ると、衛星の周波数が既に分かっているような印象を受けますが、本文では衛星の周波数の話は出てきません。どうも衛星に対する太陽電池パネル展開コマンドが未だ送信されていないということのようです。・・・ということは、アップリンクの周波数は分かっているということでしょうか？
