You can check my article in the September edition of the OSJ or on my website. While not yet signed, the fiscal year budget for 2019 does include funding all WWV stations. As it turns out, this year is the 100th year of operation. A member of the Northern Colorado Amateur Radio Club has met with NIST management and is planning a special event station between September 28 - October 2. I’ll be anticipating that event and hope to work WWV. ------------------------------------

LFは30-300kHzなので、WWVB(60kHz)がハワイで受信できていたことになります。 ただし、"It is interesting to note"ということは、当たり前の現象ではなかったのかもしれません。 上記資料で引用されている元の資料 [27]を見てみました。
PPP WizLite - BlackDot GNSS 14. May 2017 https://www.blackdotgnss.com/2017/05/14/ppp-wizlite/ (以下、上記URLから抜粋引用) ------------------------------------- "The figures show that, under good satellite visibility, a sub-meter accuracy could be obtained within 30 seconds in static mode with the SBAS ionospheric corrections. " -------------------------------------
以下、上記URLから抜粋引用 ----------------------------------------- What does the "U" flag mean for SBAS satellites?
For SBAS, the Android spec does not specify if the "U" ("Used") flag refers to pseudoranges from the satellite being used in the position solution or to correction information originating from that satellite being used. Here's the documentation for the boolean value for "used" that's passed from the chipset to the Android OS to GPSTest, which is shown as a "U" letter in the "Flags" column on the GPSTest Status screen: Reports whether the satellite at the specified index was used in the calculation of the most recent position fix. As a result, it's unclear how this is being implemented by OEMs. -----------------------------------------
